Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:
Full amount is due upon booking & receipt of invoice on projects under $2000.

50% is due upon booking & receipt of invoice on projects over $2000, the remaining 50% is due on completion (prior to handover).

Cancellation:
Full refunds are issued without penalties if cancellation is provided in writing at least 2 weeks prior to filming.

25% of total amount owing is due if cancellation is provided in writing 2 weeks prior to filming. 

50% of total amount owing is due if cancellation is provided in writing 2 business days or less, prior to filming.

100% of total amount owing is due in the event of no written cancelation warning, constituting a "no-show" booking.

Confirmation of a booking is done by way of email, fax or a separate signed agreement.

Re-scheduling is the ideal way to avoid penalties though minor charges may apply.

Liability:
REPclips assumes no responsibility for content, texts or facts presented by the subject(s) filmed.

Post-Production:
The client is entitled 2 edits free of charge, provided the requests are received in writing by REPclips within 2 business days from the client receiving their clip for review unless otherwise specified in agreement.

Material (graphics, logos, photos, etc) received by the client must be in proper format (eps) and/ or high resolution.

Material received after post production has begun is subject to additional charges.

The final clip is provided in an electronic file format (flv, m4v, wmv) via email, ftp, on memory stick or on CD.

Raw footage is property of REPclips however can be purchased separately.

Final video clips are all branded with a small transparent "REPclips" watermark for 3-5 seconds during the clip or a credit at the end of the video unless otherwise specified in agreement.

REPclips reserves the rights to using raw and final footage for its own promotional purposes (provided always in a positive light).
